Newsweek Article About Fans Not Understanding Rick and Morty Ironically Misses the Point

As a rule, I try to avoid writing about topics unrelated to anime, manga, or video games. But when I read this article last night on Newsweek, I decided I would make an exception.

2018 Crunchyroll Anime Awards Was Bizarre and Underwhelming

Crunchyroll isn't the first time a company has attempted to have an anime award ceremony in America. ICv2 held the American Anime Awards on February 24, 2007 in New York City. They never did it again. My advice to Crunchyroll is either get it together or follow their lead.
